What does The Vintage Hen House do?

The Vintage Hen House is the award winning hen party planning resource, for those wanting to shy away from L plates and have a hen party that’s super stylish! Not only can you book one of our fabulous vintage hen parties but we also share inspiration and top tips for making the planning of a stylish hen party super easy. If you prefer to pick your own suppliers then we showcase top vintage hen party suppliers and accommodation providers who will make your hen do sparkle with awesomeness. This really is the home of vintage hen parties! 

Our Hen Parties 

What are your hen party collections?

We’ve taken the hard work out of hen party planning with our collection of fabulous hen party packages. Our hen parties include activities from our approved suppliers – companies who are the best of the best at what they do. Our very own vintage tea parties and supper club feature – hosted by our vintage catering business Rose & Olive – these we have had nearly 200 bookings for to date. You’re in for a very special hen party with us!

Each of our hen party collections are brought to you at a venue of your choosing covering Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex and London (with the exception of our Vintage Weekender Hen Party which is based in London). Additional travel costs may apply for areas outside of these.

How do I book a hen party with you?

Pop us an email with what hen party you are interested in and the date. We’ll then check availability and if there is, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining payment is then due either four weeks before or two weeks before your hen party, depending on the hen party chosen.

How do I pay for my hen party booking?

We’ll pop you over a booking invoice with full payment details – bank transfer being our preferred payment method. There is also the option to pay via PayPal using your credit/debit card – just let us know at the time of booking.

Are there any booking terms and conditions?

Yes – these cover things such as cancellations and a copy is provided with every booking invoice emailed out.

We only have a small hen group – can we still book with you?

We do have minimum numbers of 10 for all of our hen party collections but if your group falls below this – provided you’re happy to pay for the minimum number – then yes that’s absolutely fine!

Our Hen Shop 

What happened to your Hen Shop?

We decided to close our Hen Shop owing to how busy we have been with hen party bookings. You can still purchase the beautiful accessories, direct from our crafter Katrina over on her website – Whimsical Wishes.

Our Directory

How do you choose who goes onto your Directory?

We are super selective about the companies and accommodation we feature on our Directory which is why we don’t just list anyone – we only want the best of the best for our hen party groups! We believe that the suppliers and accommodation providers on our Directory will make your hen party one to remember. 

Do you operate on a commission basis with your Directory Suppliers?

No – I’d much rather make sure that you choose the right hen party supplier and accommodation option for you rather than for any other reason!

We are currently full for new suppliers.

In what ways can you showcase what I do?

Just like we’re not your average hen party site – we do things differently for suppliers too. I’m on a mission to get you noticed by the hen groups that are fed up of the more ‘traditional’ tacky hen party suppliers.
